The Laxmi Poojan was conducted in the traditional manner at the society head Office on 22 October 2014. On this auspicious occasion Shri.Ajit Subhedar, Chairman, AIRBEA, Mumbai & Shri Ramchandra Palande, Chief Secretary, RBWU visited the society office.
The 90th Anniversary of the society celebrated on 6th March,2015 at all the premises with illumination in all offices.
Industrial relations were peaceful during the year and frequent meetings with the staff and their union leaders have helped to smoothen the day to day functioning of the Society. During the reporting year, two assistants viz: Shri. N. P. Gadkari and Shri. C. S. Sawant were deputed for training with 'Konkan Vibhagiya Pagardar Pat Sanstha'. The training was related to daily office work and both the assistants expressed satisfaction with the training imparted and have recommended that other staff may also be deputed for such type of training. The Managing Committee has decided to honour retiring staff with Sovereign Gold Coin. During the year Sarvashri Vinay Joshi, Manager, Prakash Pandit , Accounts Officer & Babaram Bhosale, Office Attendant retired from the services of the Society after more than 3 decades of service.
SHRI MADHUKAR NARKAR, Accounts Office were felicitated in Annual General Meeting held on 21st August 2014 for his exemplary work in the area of Computerization of all areas of work in the society
